What participants have said about previous workshops
What a great opportunity this has been to have a taster of a number of different ways to keep fit. I was really taken with the yoga. I am going to find a local class.
Jackie - London
I came because I know I am unhealthy, haven't been able to do anything about it and felt less daunted as I knew there wouldn't be 20 yr olds with perfect bodies. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it. I've had a great day I have been amazed how useful it has been, the main reason being is no one told me off and told me to do x or y. You gave me ideas and choices and I will take these up. If not I'll be back!.
Sue - London
