| There's been a lot of publicity recently about various 'celebrity' women dating, marrying, having children with, very much younger men. My friend who is 45 is going out with a much younger man of 30. I can hardly believe it, but they seem very happy and are going to live together. She's not intending to have children but I'm worried that her boyfriend will leave her as he will eventually want a family, and then she will be left lonely without a circle of friends. | |

| All i can add to this is, if it was a 40 year old man going out with a 25 year old girl you would probably warn her off. | ||

| i know two women who each met and still have a relationship with a much younger man, one of the couples live together and have done so successfully for 20 years (she was 40 when she met her partner who was 29). everyone said it would never work and that the 'man' would find someone younger and leave, but they haven't yet! and still seem very much in love. so it must work sometimes. | ||
