| I’m bored with my job. I’m 53 and I’ll have to work till I’m 65. The idea of staying here for 12 more years fills me with horror although it is secure. At my age, the chances of getting a new job are slim. Have you any advice? | |

| Change now while you can. I think you can find a job until you're about 57 then the closer to 60 you get it gets more and more difficult. Bite the bullet and go! Or, while you are still working, try applying for some jobs just to get your confidence and see what happens. It would be good to experience interviews again and see how you get on. | ||
