Keren answers questions for SAGA, about issues related to being 50+ on the Experts pages of SAGA website .
Examples of questions answered: -
1) I am 56 and took voluntary redundancy six years ago. I had it in mind to work half the time and holiday or whatever the other half. This has worked fine up until recently but now there is little work on the horizon. I have very few hobbies and can't easily make a good job of occupying myself. My wife is much more active than I am and I seem to be increasingly slipping into neutral - I suspect I could even be becoming boring. I need some sort of boost but I am stuck for ideas. Can you help please?
2) Although my mother is in sheltered housing which could provide a lot of support, she believes that her daughters should do everything for her. How do we delicately take away some of this dependency?
3) What should a person ask and look for in a life coach before selecting one?
