The seminars focus on a number of different issues that particularly affect the older worker.

Each seminar offers individuals the opportunity to explore these issues with both experts in their field and others who are at a similar stage in their life.

This programme includes seminars on a variety of topics and is followed by focused coaching to enable the individual to integrate new strategies into their life to reduce stress and to increase productivity.

Lifestyle Package

The seminars can be run in-house or the individual can join an open course.

Each participant chooses a minimum of one seminar.  Each seminar is followed by an individual coaching session of 1½ hours to enable them to integrate learning into everyday life.

Possible combinations: 1 seminar plus one coaching session.

Or 2 seminars plus one or two coaching sessions.

Internal packages that are tailor made for the organisation will be individually priced.
