Dear All

I hope you are well.   I want to let you all know about our 'LOOKS' workshop that was held on Saturday 27th September at ‘myhotel’ in London.  Twenty-eight women attended, all aged between 50 and 65, all keen to learn how to look good and feel confident.  The day started with some photogazing and identifying our good points.  This was followed by a very informative session from four Clarins consultants who told us how to keep our skin youthful, what makeup suited us and general body care.  They gave everyone some samples and offered a free make-up consultation and a free skin consultation to all participants.  This is usually £25.  After lunch we worked at building confidence and feeling good inside and lastly but by no means least we were joined by Brendan Courtney from ‘The Clothes Show’ and Irelands RTE TV ‘Off the rails’.  He told us about body shapes, how to make our underwear work for us and what to wear to suit our age, height and weight!  We all went away with things to think about and things to do.

A couple of people have already been in touch to say they have been doing the long overdue sort out of both their wardrobe and makeup, others have used this as an opportunity to start thinking about what they need to help them feel good about themselves.  If it sounds like youR kind of thing please book on the website www.experiencematters.org.uk.

Our workshops for the rest of 2008 are full.  Please take a look at next years list starting with Managing Parents on January 17th, and book in soon so you aren’t disappointed.
We have made a change to the workshop pricing and all our website members can book at 20% off making it £75 instead of £95.  I hope in this time of financial upheaval that makes it easier for you to come. We all need especially at difficult times that boost that will enable us to cope with whatever life brings.

We have a new winner this month, see the website for details.   We have also added some free information downloads from the website so please take a look at those.  I hope you find them helpful.

Please keep your questions coming and don’t forget to answer other member’s questions in the member’s section.

Have a good October

Best wishes
Keren
