Dear member,

I am delighted to be able to say that our membership has continued to grow. Do let your friends and colleagues know as we are hoping to create a virtual community that offers both information and support to each other.

I had a fun time a couple of weeks ago at BBC Radio London. I was Lesley Joseph and Christopher Biggins’ guest on their Sunday morning show. Thank you to those of you who heard the show and joined as members. I also had an interesting chat with Damien McLeod at Aberdeen’s Northsound2 radio. It’s great how wide the interest has been in the baby boomers and my book ‘who’s that woman in the mirror? The Art of ageing gracefully’

We have just launched our next series of workshops so take a look at our web site www.experiencematters.org.uk. The topics have developed out of discussions with both clients and at the exhibitions. I hope you find something that is of interest to you. If there are other topics you think would be of interest please let us know so we can add these. All the workshops are taking place at present in London. Again, if you would like them to take place in different parts of the country please let us know.

Another addition is that one lucky member will win either a free workshop or a signed book per month. The member will be chosen in a random draw and the winner notified by email as well as being announced on our website.

We will be at the Mind, Body, and Spirit festival from May 21^st to 26^th 2008 in London. Stand number 4. We will be offering free twenty minute coaching sessions, a discount on our workshops and of course ‘Who’s that woman in the Mirror’ will be for sale. Tickets for the event can be bought from the website www.mindbodysprit.co.uk or at the event. We look forward to seeing you there!
