Dear member, Just to let you know that we were exhibiting at the One Life exhibition at Olympia in London 29th February to 2nd March 2008. We had an amazingly successful weekend. We saw about 100 people for 20 minute one to one sessions, had a similar number to our popular seminar ‘You’re never too old to….’, and met approximately 1000 people at our stand over the weekend. We were amazed by the variety of issues raised, humbled by the difficulties some face and impressed with the resourcefulness of our visitors. We also recognised the fears expressed - those of the unknown, concerns about health, lack of recognition in the work place and about the future. One Life was followed with a visit to Health and Well Being at Work at the NEC 4th and 5th March 2008, where I spoke about attitudes to the 50 plus at work, in a talk titled ‘Is age just a number?’ Again the response was terrific and it seems that many companies have finally begun to explore the issues. We are going to be speaking at several conferences as well as working with organisations. We will be posting on the site this weekend, an answer to one of the questions sent in by a member plus a couple more to go on to the forum for your answers. Do take a look at these. A problem shared is a problem halved and sometimes solved. Till soon Best wishes Keren
