If you are 50+ and have worries concerning relationships, sex, your image and health, or are struggling to cope with the seemingly endless cycle of managing children, parents, families, being a grandparent, or divorce, then shake off those nagging feelings of self-doubt and insecurity and treat yourself to a day at one or more of our workshops.
