This workshop is facilitated by Keren Smedley, director of Experience Matters Ltd, a leading life coach and author of bestsellers 'Who's That Woman In The Mirror?' The Art of Ageing Gracefully and 'Age Matters' Employing, Motivating and Managing Older Employees and by Stephanie Spink a management development consultant and coach who has worked for over 20 years with clients from public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Both Keren and Stephanie have personal and professional experience in this field. They will share their thoughts and strategies and offer you lots of opportunity for you to explore your ideas and create your own solutions
