(i) EXECUTIVE COACHING:

(ii) PERFORMANCE COACHING:

A programme is created for the individual and will include: needs assessment, diagnostic analysis, professionally designed development plan, self paced materials and work-based projects and on going evaluation throughout the coaching process.
