Why Experience Matters
We found that our 50+ clients were regularly raising issues related to age in coaching sessions. People were feeling overlooked for promotion and training opportunities; some were being given early retirement or redundancy although they still felt themselves to be full of energy and able to offer skills and experience. Others were trying to find work or wondering how to manage retirement, and were worried about finance and pensions, some were still bringing up young children.
Many were also faced with looking after elderly parents and found juggling all the strands of life increasingly challenging. These specific age related issues are new for this generation.
We are experienced business and life coaches, management consultants, trainers and facilitators and have been working with individuals, groups and organisations for over 20 years.
We feel passionate about altering outdated stereotypes about age and helping people to change their beliefs and attitudes so this period of their life is as productive and fruitful as the last one.
Through one-to-one coaching, group workshops and consultancy we enable individuals and organisations to see the person for what they are truly worth, whatever their age, rather than seeing age as a number.
