A 2-day certified Career Development course and 2-day Personal
Development course, is for anyone who is looking to find a job, change
career, go for a promotion, apply for a volunteering position or enrol
on a course

This 2-day course offers you the opportunity to: -
Clarify the type of role you wish to apply for
Identify your core skills
Learn how to write a C.V
Brush up on your communication skills and learn techniques to relate well to the interviewer
Acquire the ability to answer questions fully and to 'sell yourself' in a good light
Learn techniques to conquer nerves and to develop self confidence
Practise being interviewed and receive feedback

We have created a package (each part can be taken individually) to enable you to present yourself well on paper and at an interview, and continue to maintain your health and wellbeing.
'Mid Life Boost! Life and work make-over'
This course package includes 2-day 'Career Development' course plus 2-day 'Personal Development' course - 'Looking and Feeling Good ' workshop day, and 'Health and Wellbeing ' workshop day.
This course can be completed as either a 2-day course on its own, or 2-day course with one or both workshops.
The price for the 2-day certified course is £190 (members). The complete 4-day course is £330 (members), and the 2-day course plus one workshop (three days) is £260 (members)

lives. Her purpose is to help people become more of who they are

exploration, discovery and action. This may focus on work/life
balance
issues, returning to work or changing career, starting up a business
or
making the most of your 50+ years.

Penelope is an experienced executive and transformation coach who is
passionate about celebrating the benefits of being older. If you are over 50, you have wisdom. You have experience. You’ve
been
there, done that and got the t-shirt. Penelope believes that being
older can be the most liberating, wonderful, loud, colourful,
fantastic
experience of your life. She will support you to make whatever
changes
you need to make that will ensure a happy and healthy maturity.
